Every GOAT'ECH member is expected to uphold these standards. Read them carefully — agreeing to the form below means you accept all of these.
Treat every team member, collaborator, and user with full respect regardless of role, background, or experience level. Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination of any kind.
All source code, product ideas, business strategies, and user data shared within the team are strictly confidential. Never share internal information publicly without written approval from the Founder.
Every member is responsible for delivering assigned tasks on time. If a deadline cannot be met, communicate early — not after. Accountability is non-negotiable at GOAT'ECH.
All work submitted must meet GOAT'ECH quality standards. Write clean, documented code. Design with accessibility and consistency in mind. Never ship something you wouldn't be proud of.
Keep your team informed of your progress. Use designated channels for updates. Silence is not an acceptable response to a question. Be open about blockers and progress at all times.
Don't wait to be told everything. If you see a problem, flag it. If you see an opportunity, propose it. GOAT'ECH thrives when each member acts like an owner, not just an employee.
When representing GOAT'ECH publicly on any platform, maintain a professional and positive image. Do not post content that could harm the company's reputation without prior authorization.
The tech world never stops evolving — neither should you. Members are encouraged to learn, share knowledge with the team, and stay updated with relevant tools and trends.
Disagreements happen. Resolve them privately and professionally first. Escalate to leadership only when needed. Public disputes within team channels are not permitted.
If a member wishes to leave, a minimum 2-week notice must be given. All company assets, access credentials, and proprietary work must be handed over cleanly. Contributions will always be credited.
